What is the difference between
NADH and nadLIFE Energy+?

NADH (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, reduced) is a single, very specific chemical compound. It is directly involved in cellular respiration and transports electrons in the respiratory chain to produce ATP. It exists in two states: NAD⁺ (oxidized) and NADH (reduced). NADH is unstable and difficult to administer orally, as it breaks down quickly in the body.
nadLIFE, on the other hand, is not a pure NADH product.
Instead, it contains a combination of:
- NAM (nicotinamide) – a vitamin B3 derivative and precursor for NAD⁺ biosynthesis,
- Ribose – a sugar that is part of the NAD⁺ molecular structure and supports energy processes,
- Spermidine – a naturally occurring polyamine that stimulates cellular cleansing (autophagy) and may counteract age-related cell damage.
Thus, nadLIFE Energy+ takes a different approach:
It does not supply NADH directly, but rather important building blocks and cofactors that help the body produce more NAD⁺ on its own.
At the same time, spermidine promotes cellular regeneration.
