Return and Refund Policy
Damaged or defective products, non-conforming products, products delivered in incorrect quantities.
We are committed to refunding or replacing any product that is damaged, defective or delivered in incorrect quantities. Upon receipt, please inspect all products and notify us within 3 days if you discover any product damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped.
In order to arrange a return or a replacement, please send your declaration of revocation by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with photos of any damaged goods.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel an order for products. The cancellation period runs until your product has been dispatched. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of this by sending your declaration of withdrawal by email to email@example.com. You can also let us know by telephone on +41 41 210 08 06.
We will issue the refund immediately upon receipt of the returned goods or, if no products have been delivered, upon cancellation of the order.
Refunds are not available for the following products: Products opened after delivery. Products for which the right of withdrawal was registered later than 3 days.
